40 + 1 WITH YOU!

On the occasion of 40+1, Kufa proposes regular activities to be found throughout the month!

· WORKSHOPS ·

Kufa is nothing without its audience! So, we invite you to actively participate in our anniversary with many workshops. You can play, help our artists or knit… The evolution of these workshops can be followed throughout the anniversary since the installations will be exhibited every Sunday!

ARTEFACTS BY COMPAGNIE SPIRALE

An interactive theater game inspired by Kufa! 

Artefacts offers to browse the past, present and future of the Kulturfabrik through a ready-to-play theatre game, composed of 40 + 1 moments or scenes from different eras. Playes will be locked in a room, with objects, artifacts, access doors to these different eras. To get out, they will have to play a role in a fiction and discover together a key that will bring them back to the present and the open air.  

When : every Sundays from 14h to 18h

LES FRANCS LIMIERS

A treasure hunt

This project transforms the Kulturfabrik into a playful circuit, a living being that develops and grows over time. Being at a crossroads of possibilities and in the middle of a life, the Kulturfabrik goes through an “existential crisis”. Les Francs Limiers offer participants tests and enigmas that appeal to their different senses to help Kufa pass this important milestone!

When : every Sundays from 14h to 18h

CULTURE FABRIQUE

Help the artists of La Bande Passante! 

La Bande Passante is a documentary object theater company based in Metz, whose artistic project aims to reinvent the notion of documentary creation. To celebrate Kufa’s anniversary, La Bande Passante is partnering with the Kulturfabrik to honor the years and the people who have shaped this place through a collaborative installation based on its unearthed archives! Take part in this collaborative installation and come create with the artists!

When : from 23.09 to 29.09 (9am-5pm) or the 24.09 and the 26.09 (6pm-9pm) 

This installation will be visible during the whole month of October at the opening hours of the Kufa.

· KARAOKES · 

Every Friday, come and party at the Kufa and participate in the various karaoke of our Ratelach!

· BRUNCH ·

For the duration of our anniversary, the Galerie Terres Rouges will be transformed into a new convivial space, a place to live, a bar! And that thanks to the associations Neie Start and Mamie et Moi. Some of the furniture will be auctioned at the end of our birthday celebrations ! A brunch will be served every Sunday in this pop-up vintage bar. You can then digest while strolling through our different spaces and discover the artistic itinerary imagined for our 40+1.
