Alongside the show Makom, the Vertigo dance company invites you into its world through a contemporary dance workshop.
.Based on the connection between the body and the laws of nature, the company uses the principles of tai chi and qigong to gently strengthen each person’s physical capacities. The approach of Noa Wertheim, Vertigo’s choreographer and artistic director, encourages interpersonal communication and interaction with the environment. The company also promotes community involvement through various initiatives such as the Vertigo Dance School founded in 1997, the Vertigo Eco Art Village on Kibbutz Netiv Halamed-Heh, and The Power of Balance programme, promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities.
.The workshop is open to everyone, no previous experience is required.
