The project consists of putting forward new ways of considering the issue of housing on the French-Luxembourg cross-border territory. The focus will be on collective, affordable and ecological housing. An exhibition (at the Kulturfabrik) and a publication are planned as results. The project will take as its specific subject Terres Rouges, a cross-border area as a unique place to experiment.
